Hi, I’m Michelle, a hardworking mum of three who loves a bit of self-care and a good book (who doesn’t these days!) Personal development is something I’m passionate about – I’m always looking for ways to grow, both personally and professionally.
The beauty industry has always been my passion, but what truly drives me is the client journey. I’m dedicated to ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from start to finish. Just as importantly, I love supporting our team, working closely with each member to help them push themselves to the next level. Watching our juniors develop into skilled senior therapists is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
I also love working alongside Denise the Salon Owner, to bring our ideas to life. This isn’t just a job for me – it’s a family, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it.
