Nail Care Treatments
We offer a wide range of nail services including manicures, gel nails, BIAB and luxury hand treatments. If you’re unsure what you need, we provide a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This can include a trial nail in GEL or BIAB so you can see and feel the result before committing.
Gel Nails
Using TGB, Shellac, OPI Gel Colour and DND gels. Instantly set in a UV lamp for zero drying time and around 2 weeks of flawless wear. Includes file and shape, cuticle work, colour or French gel and hand massage.

Gel Nail Removals
If you’re not having your gel reapplied, professional removal is strongly recommended. Gel does not damage the natural nail unless it is picked, peeled or bitten off.

Bridging the gap between gels and acrylics. BIAB is stronger than gel yet kinder to the nails than acrylic, making it ideal for clients wanting extra strength with a more natural feel.

You don’t need to be booked in for a treatment to visit. We’re delighted to offer complimentary consultations and invite you to visit The Coffee House at your leisure.
Essential Information
Treatment Bookings
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance, especially if you have a preferred therapist or need evening or weekend appointments. Regular clients often book 8–12 weeks ahead during summer and the lead up to Christmas.
Medical Conditions & Pregnancy
Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions or allergies, including pregnancy or cancer, so we can advise on the most suitable treatments.
Arrival Time & Parking
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking. Spaces in the village can be limited, especially at school drop-off and pick-up times. Late arrival may reduce treatment time and still be charged in full.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to provide this notice will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
No Shows
Missed appointments are charged at the full treatment price. Charges will be added to your client account and must be settled before future appointments are made.
Re-Work
If there is a problem with your treatment result, we invite you back within 3 days of the original appointment so we can put it right. After 3 days, repairs or re-work become chargeable.
Children
To comply with health and safety regulations and preserve the relaxing salon environment, we request that young children and babies are not brought into the salon.
Teen Treatments
Teen clients under 16 must have a parent or guardian remain in the salon and complete a parental consent form. Teen clients aged 16 or 17 still require the same consent form.
Mobile Phones & Ambience
Please switch mobile phones to silent and keep voice volume low while in the salon to respect other clients and maintain the calm atmosphere.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards and cash. Beautiful Nails & Toes | The Coffee House reserves the right to change treatments and prices at any time without prior notice. Tips may be added to card payments or given in cash.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased in-store and used towards treatments, products and courses. They are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Deposits
Beautiful Nails & Body Salon reserves the right to request a 50% deposit to secure an appointment. Appointment changes must be made in line with the cancellation policy.
